It was fun to reflect on my start in real estate while I was filming one of my recent luxury listing video tours, and it reminded me that we all start somewhere. I absolutely love what I do and I’ve loved it since the get-go, but that doesn’t mean it was easy to start or easy to get to the level (and stay at the level) of listing multi-million dollar properties. If you’re new in the real estate business, new in any business, or just plain discouraged in this moment, know that I’m in your corner. Focus on your goals, chase down every piece of knowledge about your market and your industry, and… keep going!
So I had one of those moments in my Career where I was reflecting on the Past eight years that I've been in this Business and uh early on I actually Started working for a real estate Developer and I did like their internal Sales um didn't make a lot of money I Was salaried so me being the Hustler I Was at that time I had a cleaning Business on the side and so I cleaned Houses at night I worked the models During the day and I convinced this Developer to let me clean the models for Extra cash um turns out like eight years About seven years later I ended up Listing those same condos were actually Sitting in one of them right now and um I used to clean these floors and now I'm Listing them for five plus million so I Guess my encouragement is to you if You're in whatever industry and you have This dream and you just have this Vision In your head of what you might be doing Don't give up on it like you will look Back one day and be like oh my gosh I Used to be that and now I'm here it's Just a really cool cool thing to Experience so keep going
