Good morning everybody it's Susan Phelps And today I am at Azario in Lakewood Ranch it's a Taylor Morrison community That has just opened up their Amenity Center And Much of it is open to the public so Let's walk through and I'll give you the Facts related to the amenity Center We have this beautiful pool and as you Walk up close to this Beach entry you Can hear The fountain bubbles I just want to walk Right in this is a huge pool and there's Lap Lanes on the other side This is open to the public with a resort Fee to the Bahama bar as well now they Have a it's closed right now but you can See that it's going to accommodate a Nice sized crowd As well As walking through this area and Enjoying the resort Style We have inside a spa that is also open To the public and they are just charging A resort fee in addition to the fees for The different services So this is going to be a beautiful place To meet and greet and come out here and Find out if you're one that would fit Into this beautiful atmosphere I'm Telling you today I saw two people that Stopped me as I was getting out of my Car to let me know that they watch my
