Been a slow few weeks fishing but got some clips worth sharing and a story to tell. Sarsota Bay is starting to get more life in it here as the water cools down a bit and the bite is picking up.

Been a pretty slow few weeks for me Um been fishing a lot a whole lot But it's been pretty slow for me just Like this whole summer has I don't know What my thing is but Um Some weird stuff I got a I got a giant Nurse shark out on a local Reef Um like a really close destroyment like Not even a mile out There we go Or something With some sides dude Come on oh I don't know what it is maybe a little Grouper Does not want to come up Be underpowered here Come on Come on Damn position arm y'all holy It's got to be getting tired now Because I am me Is that a big ass nurse It is a giant nurse shark holy oh it's so heavy I can't believe I Got to this problem Come on you gummy get up here no Got my arms oh my arms There you are See you now You're done you're tired

In the tourney 18.5 And I'm Gonna Let You Go you're probably Gonna be some good eating but I'm Gonna Let You Go Didn't bring enough ice for that The mango Um just throwing a gold spoon to kind of A new flat I was exploring and Kind of snook off of uh off of a small Jetty a few nights ago Oh is that a twister in the Background And a nice little snug GED over here right now probably not Huge but I think the uh Big one I've used like maybe once or Twice Little guy All right I mean I've been getting some fish here And there just nothing Great and nothing consistent At all our Lady Fish friends are gone There was thousands of them here for a While just every night so easy to get Them a lot of mullet around Um and been struggling to net those but They've been around oh and then A few nights ago I was chasing mullet And um Got launched on a sandbar because I Wasn't paying attention I was so excited

To see him I was out out of my boat and Anchored up and the tide was going out And by the time I noticed it was too Late my boat was stuck there and I had a Whole whole Adventure that night Well got myself a little pickle here Bummed out because I wasn't paying Attention to the side The sun was um as as I was catching all That bait and the nasty storm over there But my My uncle Kenny's on his way he lives out Here on Longboat he's gonna come um And if he can't turn me off he's gonna Give me a ride out so Um I think I see him I was waiting now Anyway I'm a dumbass me me Just walking out there pain in the ass Now I gotta paddle all the way to it Oh There she is Make sure she doesn't have any Bugs upside down in my backyard for Months All sorts of in here Mile paddling Good time zone good times God Damn it go Mullet everywhere Too that sucks

Just made it Must have a whole Definitely water I just want to do it Over here All right But anyway I'm getting out tonight from shore Fishing from on my legs and um I'm gonna go nuts and pins because of Course some guy caught a 40 in Sarasota Bay today on pins I figured I might as Well get some of those since I know Where they are And Got a couple of rods rigged up with some Lures And I'm just gonna bounce around a bit I'm not even sure where yet I'm probably Gonna try to avoid my Regulars I've been going to which is new Pass and switch and that whole area over There and try to stay more inside the Bay I don't know where uh Flats on the east Side maybe a bridge or two Yeah anyway switch it up a little bit Tonight and um get out there and mess Around See if we can find Foreign Beautiful fish Oh here we go got one He ain't huge but He's probably probably low low slider

Right All right All right thank you see you soon No I got no no affiliation with Wendy's But let me tell you their breakfast is The the breakfast Baconator is so Good So good Stops and I'll show you Fresh fried egg cheese Um sausage bacon and uh And this mozzarella sauce it's Tangy Mozzarella sauce they have So good and then they have these fries These uh Five of her this was oh it's hot it's Really hot Um Big seasoned fries so good and it's Seven dollars for that meal It can't be that and when you use the App I'm I'm sitting here acting like a Wendy's commercial I swear to God they Don't nothing for me I just love them so Much and they're close to my house best Breakfast and now when you have the app You like add up points get free ship Highly recommend As a layer of slime Performs so I'm gonna be cooking this on the half Shell which means I can leave the Scaling skins on I'm just going to cut

The fillets off And grow them Directly on the on the grates Never cleaned a redfish but I have to Assume clean it like any other Any other Scale's gonna make it a little tougher Though huh I got some bones here it's a little Different than Snapper Sure I can go for the other side there's Plenty of meat down here Another belly I did pretty good on this a lot of meat Pretty proud of myself here My first redfish cleaning That's all bony Ribs Right There Oh right there what was that All right look at that Look at that that's a fat filet Looking Red's a meaty dude All right I'm keeping this pretty simple I got some avocado oil that I just flew On there rub it over And then Yay Then I'm gonna do a little salt and Pepper And then I'm gonna slap it on the grill Taking video of me doing the pepper come Over here get it on the fish get the Video at the video on the fish this is

Down All right I actually added a little just A very light sprinkling of garlic powder Onion powder and uh crushed red pepper Flakes Um except for a little bit from a boy She doesn't like that Now you just Understand the half shell thing you just Slap them on because we got the skin and Scales on the bottom still And cook for A little while It looks done Foreign Let that grow Let's see I see the looking here Oh yeah that's getting close We're on the top still so give a little More time but you can see has the Scales and skins still on there so I can Let it sit on these direct Flames no Problem Protected All right pulled a couple of little Tinder pieces off because they're Falling off But It's good it's good fish good texture Medium The flavor is like really Just mellow Could really do whatever you want with It there's nothing super fishy about it

Or Really unique it's just uh Really nicely textured White meat fish I don't know let's go See what the fan thinks All right try it let's see what it's About nope Really oh yeah got a really meaty Texture huh Yeah All right let's see what August thinks August And you know what you think yeah of this Fish we're here just stay there Come on bring you a bite All right tell me what you think Make sure there's no bones when you're Chewing it shouldn't be any but Besides of being too hot is the flavor Good Bone oh I'll take that Daddy's trying to kill You Try it I'm gonna try it Let's try a drum It's fish it's really it's really good It looks like cow Are you sure when you're chilling if There's any bones I got most of them Isn't it Great texture All right so redfish is a winner What's It gonna be like I'll probably never Keep another one because I really felt

Like killing it like killing Redfish maybe if somebody else wants to Cook meat and kill it and we'll do it That way
