Overall the Florida market is still moving right along; going toward a much healthier market, weeding out the ridiculous prices, increased inventory giving buyers more options and prices holding stead… it’s a good time to hop in while prices are hovering – before rates pop down. If/when that happens, prices will shoot up because demand will skyrocket.
