Guess what we're doing today rooftops Rooftops rooftops so we're talking about The rooftops here you know there aren't A lot of options here in Sarasota Um my friend uh well we have some I'll Send a shout out to um a very close Friend of mine Philip orsino uh used to Own Ceviche that was the very first root Coffee when he had that was a fun time When he had Ceviche it's the only Republicans the wrestler wasn't open This wasn't open like back then the only Rooftop in Sarasota was Ceviche so Um he still owns Ceviche they just don't Have the Sarasota location anymore but There are options now so we're gonna We're gonna talk about it in today's Video Okay we are currently standing at our Ovation it's right at Palm Avenue and Main Street Um you know you've got such a great Skyline here uh you're facing the Ritz Carlton there see an idea of the 41 Going northbound and what do we have Over here when you have peekaboo views In the Water behind us as well nice bar Big bar it's gonna be cool it's great Yeah it's happening here lots of people Come and you know book a weekend here And enjoy the uh The Vibes Um Fun Fun Spot and you're kind of right Like you're like I said you're right at Palm and Main Street so if you want to

Get a nice dinner you can go to the Opera and then come on here and mingle It's it's a good vibe yeah yeah it's Really good I mean it's not huge so it Does get busy up here but but it doesn't All yeah you go over to the west end It's really busy there as well Um you know if you come out here in the Evening the weather is really nice it's Going to be easy So speaking of Ceviche You can come to the rooftop here Sage it's now now it's called sage so Um in there you'll find a it's an older Building it used it used to be yeah used To be the Herald Tribune building years Ago and fill up uh in a sun partnered With the guy who owned the building and They kind of came together to clean it Up it was a train wreck of the building When they got years ago uh and but then When they they left Sarasota Um it's turned over to Sage and they They didn't really they changed it's Um Surprise and admitting this on my YouTube channel But we have a inside walkway that's sort Of old it's one of those old narrow Walkways yeah I think I've had a couple Too many drinks and walking down that Stairwell it's very narrow and very Steep with heels I might have stuff a Couple times don't tell anybody yeah Yeah but what else we have oh so over

Here we have the Westin that big white Building and they have a rooftop there That's a great option too you've got the Westin hotel and so you can stay there Have friends with families go on Upstairs for that Rooftop Bar one of Course they're affiliated with the Ritz Right so if you're if you're staying at The Westin or if you're staying at the Ritz you can just walk across the street Guess who else is going to have a Rooftop bar it's coming soon well you'll Have some regions and that St Regis the St Regis is Rooftop Bar is going to be Like an open bar looking out across You're only four or five levels up I Think but it does look large Um it I will say this though this is Something that's interesting that I Found out In order to get in there you do have to Either be staying there or live there And I asked well how are they going to Regulate that she said you're going to Have a folio like basically an account If there's nowhere to charge your Account to or charge the drinks too yeah You're immediately gonna get thrown you Can't use like a regular credit card no It's like the limbo coupons My understanding is that even in off Season I bet that they are looking for over a Thousand a night with standard room and

Your sweets are going to be obviously Much more Um you have to expect that I mean look At the end of the day when it's brand New it's on the beach it's going to be The newest latest greatest [Music] The bar they have like this really Interesting design it makes you feel Like you're underwater almost it just of Course lasts on glass on glass and the Amazing you know the Gulf of Mexico and The beach right there you're right on The beach right from where we're Standing take what 10 minutes 10 15 Minutes Guards and all the fancy right well so What I was told also by Georgia Capaluces well throw something out to Georgia she was great Um you will be able to walk down the Beach and use their uh command there'll Be like a tiki bar that's out on the Beach the old monkey bar gold Monkey Bar So you'll be able to go there but Outside of that everything else you'll Have to be either stay in there yeah and By the way if you're not familiar with The location the same this is very Nostalgic location it was the old colony A tennis Resort world renowned the Voluntaries you know we ran that and uh Yeah very very well known and that's Where the site sits and you know we've

Done some transactions there our office Actually did the majority of the Transactions probably in the state of Regis so we're excited about that any Other any other rooftops that we're Talking about that's I think that's all There really aren't a lot of it Someone was gonna have one oh yeah the Soda is okay this is I get a little sad Because I love real estate but with the Development in their cities changes so There's a The cleaning the cleaners and then There's the Italian deli it's on Main Street so they're tearing that building Down from another building so we're the Cleaner cleaners and the dry cleaners And the Italian deli was it's going to Be it's called the soda and that's mixed Use And they just sent out an email this Week saying big announcement coming my Guess is they've sold enough and they're Breaking ground I'm just speculating Here I don't know that but I'm Speculating that because what other big Announcement would they have and they're Gonna have probably a really nice it'll Be a nicer top it's a great location uh You know the the price per square foot On that building was very very good uh You know especially when you compare it To some of the other downtown projects Um but yeah I mean it's that'll be
