Well today has been full of Surprises I found another new home Community built by Mi homes called Cada In Laurel Florida I bet you don't even know where Laurel is well don't go away because I'm Going to give you all the information And would you do me a favor while you're Here would you please Subscribe and ring that Bell so that When you get Um or when I put up a new video you get Notified you don't want to miss out I'm Going up the steps which is unusual in a New home Community to find a Built model with steps and such a nice Front Porch Papered Covered this is very nice Now in this Community not all of the homes are built Like this this happens to be a higher Elevation and there's going to be a few That are built up a little bit but let's Go inside the Crystal and this Crystal Is actually a four Bedroom and it runs 3,100 Square ft or So and you can also get the crystal Without the bonus room and the upstairs Rooms that runs about 2300 square ft With three Bedrooms but we're looking at the Crystal with the bonus room 3100 plus

Details here in a minute Um the rep here Billy has given me some Information About the Fees and there's only one there's a low Ho HOA fee of $114 a Month now that translates to no Amenities but when you have A a beautiful Community like this And you have your own outdoor space Maybe you don't need Amenities these lots are large lots of Space up to 20 to 30 ft between homes Now that is very unusual the lots are Generally 70 by 140 and there are a couple that are 100 By 160 with a premium prium price on Those of course and no CDD but what you do get for your um for Your HOA of 114 a month is that it's Gated and you're going to um have wells You're going to have Irrigation that's hooked up to Wells for Each of the of the lot size Now it is not made main free except for Around the ponds that's going to be take That's a common area so that's going to Be taken care of by the HOA so we know the Mi is big on Energy Savings and the thing that makes these Homes a little Different is that they are actually Under a new uh division of Mi homes for Out of Fort Myers and what they've done

Is increased their insulation their Spray foam Insulation in their homes to include Foam spray in the exterior walls of the Home in the ceilings um and with the the Roof Sheating standard as well is 8ft doors Pavered driveways and Lenai maybe not with that beautiful Marble outside But nonetheless you saw the the little Porch up front that was paved so Nicely tile roofs are part of their Standard and get this impact windows and Sliders are Included we have so much to talk about But I know that you want to know more About this model it is a crystal it is The larger of the crystal model that Adds the upstairs and runs 3100 plus Square ft all of the garages here for All of the models and we do have 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 eight Models all of them have three car Garages and not just tandem But the Lots being 70t wide will Accommodate a plan that has three car Garages lots of Premium items that you wouldn't normally Find in a new home Community now this is A small new home Community we Have 51 single family homes they've sold About 15 and
