Had a blast fishing the flats three nights in a row with a pretty constant bite and a nice big red.
Oh I got me a big red Got me a big man [Music] So the last three nights I’ve been out Fishing these Flats with artificial Um and the reason for three in a rows Because the first time I went up there I Went up there with my buddy Nick and he Um he got a nice red a bunch of snook And uh a trout he got a slam that night I got a snook and a catfish and lost Something but we were just throwing Little paddle tails and the fight was Just awesome and we could hear them Blowing up everywhere he lost a big Snook right at the boat Um so I got a little bit of a video from That night not a lot uh but then I Decided to go out again I was just like That was too much fun so I go out the Next night by myself catch Sunset and It’s the trout are going crazy all Around me Um I didn’t get a ton of action but then I did end up getting a really nice red Fish so 28 inch red so that’s in here And then the next night Um It was a lot slower I ended up getting a Little snook and a little trout but I I Might throw those clips in the end but I Don’t really get an intro to all this So I wanted to do a really quick video Just to just to mention what’s going on
Here and why I’m just kind of piecing Together some random Flats fishing um But it’s fun it’s a blast and I I’ve Started anchoring the boat up and Climbing out and walking it so I’ve got More Area to cover that’s really shallow Um yeah so here you go The thing is they they have these wiring Kits that they use so it’s got a bunch Of wires for stuff that’s not being used That you can add on right so the Speakers were easy I just plugged oh Yeah God damn Dude smaller is the key I’m using too Big a profile here Trout a little dinker A little Sunset Snook Let’s get some slime in the boat Flip them in There we go That’s so funny the green light in your Shirt color was the same as this and Does it really yeah it’s like matched Foreign That’s a good hooking You know It’s the first double up in the boat Yeah cheers buddy Or something With some size to it Oh yeah It feels good Place not just coating grass make it
Heavier than it is oh he’s mad I think So it’s not coming up All right and stay on the hook baby [Music] Please don’t be just a Jack or Something Blue Or a sail cat yeah sale cat snagged in the back God Damn it you well thanks for Not turning my lure at least Way to get me excited Snagged him right in the back No Fray no slime probably that’s good kitty cats on the artificial is The worst goddamn Oh yeah This one better Oh it sounds better Foreign It was splashing though maybe a trout Yes I got a slam baby Slam in The boat Oh that makes me happy Hell yeah Buddy look at that that’s a good-look One too freaking take it yeah Nice beautiful dude no tag no Tag a thousand bucks right yeah Snook bite last night was so much fun I Mean I wouldn’t even the one getting Them all Nick was getting them all uh I Got one had some thumps snagged a
Catfish somehow but he was tearing it up But honestly when I’m in the boat with Something like that I don’t care who’s Getting them I just love seeing the Action I’m watching the snook fly out of The water and stuff was just cool so Cool so I’m going back there right now [Music] Foreign I’m seriously thinking about just Anchoring and getting out of the boat And being stealthy tonight just fishing These sand bars in stealth mode Um if I feel like they’re Out Of Reach Then I can get back in the boat but I Think I think I might have more luck just Getting out on foot going Yeah I’m gonna do that I’m gonna do that Yeah I might even know some more there’s A bunch of them here Feeling frisky Little guy hit my little boy Trout Yep nice Job Sides to him So that’s what’s chewing on you right Now I guess I still got here yet a Little bit dude this guy this guy Smacked a little mullet look at him If you’re in a 16 Could have kept him not going to
So finally a fish Oh that’s a big fish that’s a big Fish that has a big fish A little red Oh Whatever it is it’s got some size to it Oh Yeah Stay on there So good Eat the Z man Yeah [Music] Come on we get a visual let me get a visual What are you What are you I had a nice fight in here Like that that’s snaggy is that why You’re mad Solid red baby So I gotta try on the red if I can get a Snook that’s another slam Tonight touch the leader so it counts Touch leader okay touch the leader cool Oh that’s a bad boy look at him he’s Been eating good been eating good Oh I love me a chunky rag Probably 26. Inches but bad Yeah look at you oh I got Me a big red you got me a big man should I pick you up We let me Yep that’s all it’s gonna be
All right I’m gonna try to walk into the Boat and uh All right no tag I’m gonna try to walk Into the boat but uh Yeah let me pick him up Can’t be there what’s up buddy thanks For the catch I needed something like You tonight so it’s really really lovely I haven’t got a red this size in the god since last year That’s mid-upper 23 there for sure Oh You could keep you and eat you I think I Think you’re in season right now but you Know what buddy I ain’t gonna do that because As much as I like fish I don’t love it Oh you’re beautiful You are beautiful Look at that beauty Yeah Between the DOT Oh he’s gonna Yeah it’s a beautiful one right there Sure is let’s get a measure Oh he’s over He’s over 23 20. he’s got some size to Him 20. On there 26 27. 27.5 pinch tail 28. oh yes touching her In actually Easily pinch tail 28.
All right Beautiful red that’s how we play I’m Gonna really yeah Y’all have so much fun look at him just Cruising through the grass like that I Still think they’re out here hunting That’s what they’re doing I don’t see my wife on it Here’s my plan I can I just thought of it I’m gonna go To Twin Bridges Either a mullet or Um I think I actually have a tabiki I’m Actually speaking but either way I’m Gonna get some sort of bait there take It back to the boat ramp and get my Snook and then I have my in-store slam God over a year I think I’m gonna walk though that is the goal I Don’t want to go in until I get that Snug Taking her back in It’s been fun got some paint y’all let’s Show you Almost straight in there right here There’s some nice big cultures at the Bridge seven of them Take things up to the dock get my slam I bet I can do it y’all I bet I can get A I got a bag of freaking snook there Not even a bad one either I’d be like a low slot That money let’s do it
Oh Man something toothy you Well it’s Monday night and I’m at the Boatyard I’m gonna I’m gonna drop her in Um 556 I’m timing myself tonight see how Long it takes me to get from my house to The Boatyard boat in the water and then From When how long it takes me to get it back To the to the boat yard and um Parked That’s exactly what it took from my Front door to loading my boat up to Being in the water and moving out of the Way There’s a fish No chop A really stuck Not a decent truck man 15 inches Keeper if I’m wondering Let’s fish Let’s go There’s one Gotta love these z-mans dude they just Do not tear Foreign Can’t move here On the z-man
