Three through 10 right because your mind Is so fast forward yeah exactly yep so We want to make sure like even from the Beginning steps like if it's the very First time that you've ever invested It's us getting on a zoom call with you And making sure we go through a Checklist of doing all the initial setup I'll walk through a five-page slide of Just how to even start your Amazon Account right so even though it's that Part's Hands-On from you for you we're Still helping you do it okay so it gets Done correctly quickly effectively get The bank account and everything attached You know we stay or steer clear of your Personal information so I don't want Things like your social security number Your bank account number we drop the Screen you can fill out that information And then once you have the storefront Started then we can get to work not DNA Samples and all that um maybe depends on Who you are um yeah this is all Interesting I mean especially for Someone who's not techsavvy you know I Gotta say that giving someone whatever The lump sum is I don't know what your Scales are you can go over that but like It's scary to give someone money you Hear all these stories about like Ponzi Schemes and please don't take that the Wrong way but like it's scary to work Hard to have like a n TIG and then all

Of a sudden hand it over then you know To trust somebody with it right so how Do you overcome some of that because I Personally I I've been through a lot Through the Great Recession and Everything and so like you tend to hoard Money and so how does someone get over That if they're trying to invest with You oh there's a couple things Psychology major yeah not not a major It's a it's it's a passion for sure um There's a couple couple things to unpack There and the the very first thing is I Just personally think you should store Some money but not putting money to work For you especially with inflation right Now how much your dollar depreciates is The quickest way to go poor that's true And never taking any risk at all is I Mean it's it's more risky than ever Taking a Risk a point you have a point there yeah Way that I would want to mitigate Anybody coming in this with a false Mindset is and I'm pretty sure we may be One of the only ones that's actually in In actually in the industry that offers One and it's in illegal paperwork I Offer money back guarantee oh what does That so what does that look like so Within 24 months I will pay back up to Half of the cash that you've deployed Back into your account if I haven't Fully recouped all of your Roi see

That's that's need get to keep the asset And the reason why we do the half is Because and this is not something Something that you want to announce but This is also me putting my cards on the Table for you guys you can technically Decide to pull this card you know at 18 Months and if you decide that you want To and I haven't fully recouped all your All your Roi now when I go to facilitate The deal to sell out the store and You've decided to step away I don't get My 30% anymore for a 7030 profit split So you can go resell everything that I've built for you and I don't get the Touch of time okay so you still walk Away with more so it's just it's just as Much risk for me and my team as it would Be for somebody else the time a lotted The the capital that you're allocating To you know pay your team and and hours And things like that so I guess what's So then like what's the risk then I mean Doesn't seem like a lot of risk it's More I would say maybe well the majority Of right know it's it's I mean any Investment always comes a risk there's Right freak accidents like if I highly Doubt Amazon would ever shut down Tomorrow oh my gosh what would we do With all of it what what would we do me One of terrible one of two trillion Dollar businesses I I I feel like it'd Be highly unlikely but anything's

Possible right and this is just me Coming from you know a background where I've seen things that I didn't think Were ever going to be likely still come To fruition so yeah you just never know What life will throw you so I'm Borrowing all that right it's um I'd Say the other thing that you would Consider as a risk and it's not really a Loss sometimes it's just it's time you Can get an unfortunate role the DI where If products start to move slowly through What we call our scaling or our ramp up Period okay we have to gain a Credibility essentially through Amazon And and we get this it's called the Golden the Golden box the golden check Mark okay and for anybody that shopped On Amazon you all have clicked it I've Clicked it several times my wife clicks It numerous times a day I come home Boxes at my doorstep all the time boxes Piled up that buy now option that golden Button where it's just a one click and Then it's you swipe I think yeah I've Done that many Swipe right you get you Get although we could divert on that but We won't okay life me left different app But we'll automate that one next Different app different topic okay yes But uh you do you get awarded that you Just have to get to the point to where Amazon Awards you for it got so they

Don't just let anybody sell it sell Products on there and even if I have the Right documentation and paperwork that Says that you're authorized to sell the Brands manufacturers I'm going to Provide you I have to get you to the Point where Amazon will allow me to do That it's not quite like not to diminish What you just said but it's like the Blue check mark for in a way Instagram Which I do not have okay I'm not that Cool um or the blue check mark for What's the other one Twitter so Twitter I think Facebook rers out Too I have zero checks so I'm not that Popular I guess but soon I have faith You do after this video for Sure um well well that's really Interesting like who so who are you Targeting and like I know you guys are Being on social media so like are you do You ever reject people yes yeah I want To know more about that so I Am I'm great about expansion and I want To build with the right people and There's a couple reasons why I'm doing This And I'll answer that part of the Question and I'll funnel into to the Next the next answer there's been plenty Of times where we've scheduled Zoom Calls with people to make sure they're The right fit before they get the chance To pay and some people will consider it

A sales call I consider it a Qualification call because it goes two Ways I'm going to explain the model how It works with you and I want to make Sure you're the right fit for us just as Much as we're the right fit for you Because it's a relationship ongoing and So you're gonna have to deal with the Same it's just and there's been times in The past and I'm sure you've dealt with Them too never where people have paid You money and you have paid more just to Get them to go away well it's a little Different in my business but anyway but Yeah but it's you just don't want to get Stuck in that you know I don't I just Don't feel like any amount of money is Really worth that and do you it seems Like you have a really strong intuition Like like I feel like I do about people And I think that matters and I think you Want someone probably that's going to be With you a long time it's not just like Okay in and out I got my money and then I'm out it's like you want to grow with The your team I do you know I I grew up In a Very middle class lower middle class Family my dad was a business owner but He was one of the ones that never really Wanted me to start a business because he Never really worked on it he always got Stuck where work in it in it there's a Difference huge there's a big difference

Huge and one thing that I grew up around That I would have I would have would Have loved to change had I had the Capability to do so was just having Like-minded people around and I think Like you hear a lot of the same things Like show me who your five friends are I'll tell you who you are so I have like This crazy idea and concept that if I Grew this community of investors and Business owners they have kids and now As my kids grow up I've now hacked a Community for them to grow up in where They can talk to like one of people and I've got them growing up and something That I never had accessible to me so When you say like you do you pick and Choose yeah absolutely this just it's a Long chess game I think it's a good life Lesson not that we have to tell people You know what to do here but like I I Think I've always kept my circle really Small and quality and the same with my Clientele I want like my clients be Quality and lifelong you know because I Mean it costs more to get new clients More than it does to keep the clients That you do have and um and you build Relationships and you go to dinner and You go to lunch and and those are Amazing things that you know people Would love to have so to hear so I don't Think there was ever a dollar made Without a relationship there first so

Yeah it's uh it's definitely something To prioritize and I hope that amongst Creating this which there's plenty of People that we have on board that see a Similar Vision with me now um it'll There by the time I need to to utilize It with them Wonderful um okay let's get down to Brass tax profit how does this all work And like do you have a minimum do you Have a maximum probably there's no Maximum deposit or investment right Technically no and and I think I think It's important to to address like when We go through that scaling process that Ramp up period sometimes the margins are They're a little smaller and there's a Little method to the madness with that I Want to sell products that have less Competition on Amazon and they have a Higher probability of getting a positive Review like what can you give me an Example like what what kind of stores You have because it's kind of like is it Just a wildly well it's it's definitely What's been nice about us creating Relationships in the space and Manufacturing spaces we travel to Different Expos and set up different Booths so there are different niches That we just happen to have contacts in In all of them like what for example Like so we just went to the largest toy Expo in Vegas which was pretty fantastic

The your your Amanda's Instagram yes I've seen it it was uh it was pretty Incredible a lot to navigate was like Three floors and like 3,500 vendors was Crazy where did you start uh you know You start to you start to burn out like After like 3 o' you need like three or Four cups of coffee to Pi back up you Know and it's Vegas so but yeah exactly Um yeah so but that's having that is Another thing that makes this particular Model unique or at least us unique I Can't speak on behalf of other people I Would hope that they're running the Service the same way but when you talk About the exit strategies that we Brought up earlier one of the things That you can you can navigate on Amazon Um they're very particular about opening Up a second store okay but if I sell Baby Niche products on one of your Stores and then you call them and say I Have a toy store or I sell Home and Garden or if I sell you know supplements They're going to allow you to open up a Second entity so now as we have a cash Flow asset that's producing month over Month and it compounds year over year I Can now have three four or five of these Selling and just because I decided to Sell the one doesn't mean that I sto my Cash flowing asset I can just flip rinse And repeat the cycle oh so it's highly Lucrative that way it sounds like it

Right okay and the client the investor Is just kind of in the wings this entire Pretty much entire entire time if they Want to be involved can they or to what Extent I mean do you I try to keep Everybody as involved as possible like Uh on the 20th we're celebrating our our Six years which anybody that's I Appreciate that very much it's been uh It's definitely been a a wild climb but A successful one at that awesome so any New investors that have come in we're Going to fly them in first class and and Get them into Sarasota which has been Pretty fantastic nice um take them down To the warehouse it feels feels right You know that's amazing I want to make Sure that uh in something like what you Just said where there's there's a lot of Schemes and things being ran I I want people to understand like how They're being treated when they come Into this okay I fully believe in what I I said about Crepet exactly it should be that way That's how I want to treat the service That's how um you know we build a Community and there's I mean there's a Lot of culture F this company nobody Cares about everybody else what's the Maya Angelo quote people will forget About what you said but not about how You made them feel it's so true we want To be around good people you know and
