Hey there I'm Sandra sexi your Sarasota Manate County realtor today I wanted to Talk to you about some of the brand new Developments here in Parish Florida I Know as you're out driving around if you Live locally you see this cleared land Everywhere you go and I'm sure you Wonder what is that neighborhood going To be so there's three brand new ones That I wanted to talk to you about so Let's Dive Right In so number one is is called sea a and It's going to be a lagoon Community by Metro places we have a couple of these North of here the closest one being Southshore Bay which is in Sun City Center and it's a really great Neighborhood this will be located just 1 Mile east of I75 between moccas wallow And eie road it's going to be a 4.5 acre Blue Lagoon with things like sandy Beaches swimming paddle boarding and Kaying and a swim up bar so lots of fun Things to do It's going to have about 3,000 homes From four different Builders two of the Builders are not unique to the area We've got a lot of communities by DR Horton and lenar the other two are new To the area the first one is bis Gan Homes from the Tampa area and then we Have dreamfinder homes which builds in a Few different States they're going to have single
Family homes town homes and Villas Starting in the 300,000 a couple other unique features In this neighborhood is it's going to Have something called ultrafi which is a Bundled TV and internet service as well As Street Leaf which is a first ofit Kind solar street light System a lot of the other Lagoon Communities will allow you to visit for The day so I'm assuming this will be the Same thing where you can get a day pass And check it out and hang out for the Day if you don't live there so this will Be a unique and neat addition to the Parish area so number two is called rye Ranch now now this covers a really large Area between County Road 675 which is Rutland Road and East of North Ry road So you can see the area here this is a Huge development it's going to cover Almost 1370 Acres with 3,500 homes some commercial space and a Fire station which you can see Here I don't have a ton of information About Ry ranch yet but I did find this Online it's called parcel a which I Believe is just the first um section of Ry Ranch it's going to be approximately 614 Acres 1,662 single family detached homes on 40 50 or 60ft wide lots and 102 paired Villas I have heard that one of the Builders in the area is going to be
Culture homes um I believe it's going to Be a 55 plus Active Adult Community Which will be a nice addition to what we Already have which is Del Web Bay View By py and then part of prosperity Lakes By Lenar coulure does have one other Active Adult Community in the area in Lakewood Ranch and it's called crestwind it's a Really nice neighborhood if you've never Seen it before it's worth a Look I think it'll be nice to have this Builder here as an addition to the Parish area as this will be their first Community here I have also heard that Part of Ry Ranch will be DR Horton Homes But as this develops a little bit Further I will keep updating you on on What's to come and number three is Called broadleaf now this is a much Smaller Community by a brand new Builder To the area called simply dwell they're Actually a subsidiary of Neil Communities which will offer more Affordable options kind of like Casa Fresca does for West Bay they claim to Offer high quality and attention to Detail at a price Within Reach so this Community is located on Golf Course Road Right between Canoe Creek and Cross Creek the homes will be quick mve in or Inventory homes and many of them are Already under construction as you can See
