For me to go a little further I'm not I'm not scared to get on the interstate And get there okay and do you have staff Or what's the company someone that works With me part-time I have like bigger Jobs he comes out with me Um like when I do roof jobs like I've Done several roofs here in the Neighborhood and I could be up there all Day or I could have a friend come and Let's get it done so when we list a Property we are you know as an owner When you're living in a property you Might not notice like that it needs X Y And Z no matter if it's staging Decluttering or pressure washing so it Is one of the things that we usually Recommend if we feel like it needs it to Present well and also in photos like the Property is going to show that it needs To be power washed in photos if it needs To so you come in handy for that I'm Sure you do a lot of that for people as Well I do I do a lot of work for Realtors they kind of like let's just Clean them up Jen and yeah let's get it Ready yeah it makes a world of Difference I mean and it really the That's your first impression and to us It's such a cost-effective thing to do It's like painting you know I mean it's Like clean and we don't we're not a fan Of spending a ton of our sellers money To get the property ready but there are
Certain things cleanliness orderliness And just being attractive to the masses And you guys have a really wonderful Service Um and you all did a project for my Partner Andrew recently in Lorraine Lakes I did yes yes I just needed a Couple of spots cleaned up it wasn't Like maybe the whole house right they're Like just come get this front door get Some mud daubers and that's what I did It's not always about like the biggest Job it's just about like what the Customer needs which honestly we Appreciate you a lot for doing that it Was kind of a last minute thing right And you were the thing is she was really Responsive she talked to Shayla behind The camera actually and it was we Actually did a Facebook post and you Were recommended through a mutual friend On Facebook or something so the power of Social media is wonderful it is it works Sometimes it always works it does Um and so I know that Andrew was very Pleased with that Um I know some companies do like they Only come out for x amount of like like What you were saying and so again it's Appreciated great you know so we we like That the other thing is do you guys do Ceiling as well I do yes it's raining And then stealing your papers is Important because you want to keep the
