It's not included in the sale price of The home so keep that in mind you want To be represented right we do have a CDD Here that's a little over $1,100 a Year and as usual there's an initial Contribution of $500 and an amenity Initial contribution of $2,000 we took a look at the Hallmark And the Prestige the Hallmark priced currently Is$ 355 9.90 and The Prestige currently is $449.90 now these prices are good until They have their grand opening and I Shouldn't say that for sure I don't Really know Ryan doesn't really know but We do know that prices go up and once They have the grand opening depending on How many pre-sales that Ryan has done They probably will go up now Ryan is um Authorized for pre-sales to offer a First choice for everything that means That you get the elevation you want you Get the color you want and you know you May have to put up with construction for A while it's going to be about 3 years But they're going to take half of the Community and get that done and then Move to the other side and um that's Showing here in the video with the map Of the Community where um oh there's $155,000 towards closing costs for the
