Anna Maria Island in Bradenton, Florida is home to a growing number of multi-million dollar residences. Here we tour a quaint little beachside street called Elm, closer to the Northwest side of the island, of course the BEACH side! I love how diverse the architectural styles are, how interesting the landscaping and variations.
Anna Maria is also home to a much more flexible rental ordinance so you’ll find properties here that you’re able to rent nightly or on a 3-day minimum. Comparatively, you’ll see on Longboat Key especially, it’s more restrictive, unless grandfathered at communities such as Silver Sands on the island, where I ironically have a condo for sale; unit 246 for $649,900, a great 1b/1ba opportunity. So please inquire with me for more details on that Silver Sands beachfront property!
AMI also only has a few high rises, those too are grandfathered in, with the remaining low to mid-rise, which gives it a certain je ne sais quoi feeling. Jimmy Buffet would have really enjoyed it here, as it’s very laid back, has an old fishing village vibe, similar to the Cortez old fishing village nearby.
Explore the island, let me know what questions you have about things to do and most certainly if you’re considering exploring real estate options, I’m your gal!
