Are you ready are you ready to be wow do You want to see a new look a new color Palette well don't go away I'll be right Back hi I hope you enjoy this video tour As much as I enjoyed doing it because it Was just so refreshing to walk into such A beautiful model home two beautiful Model homes that is Cardell has procured Lots in Artistry and they've sold quite A few they have 11 that are available Right now and they have 11 to be Released in the future so it's not going To take long for this section of Artistry to sell out it's a good match To have Cardell building in the same Neighborhood as um couter is because They're both very high quality Builders so I'd have for you a look at The elevations of all of the floor plans Which include the dolly the Vermier the Lou the Rembrand and the Picasso which is the One that I am so excited about showing You and showing my customers and and Ralph because they're going to be moving In here in oh I don't know maybe less Than a year I wanted to talk to you About some of the standard features that Are included in the Cardell homes things Like um the 42in cabinets at level three And level three cabinets in all of the Bathrooms they use a 5 and 1/2 in um Baseboard that looks very classy they

Include LED lights in all of the um Areas and in the closets as well in Addition to that you have a wonderful Whirlpool package under mount sinks pull Out faucets just everything that you can Imagine and of course you have the Option of going to the design center to Add your personal touch the location of Artistry is a little strange to some People but once the building that is Coming from Lakewood Ranch South and Meet and Honore is cut through that area It will be a thriving area it's Beautiful it's still very kind natural Looking um and and Feeling you want to be aware that there Is a smaller amenity Center but the HOA Fees are 3.89 a Month but you have everything that you Need at this amenity Center as well you You have a pool and a gym and a workout Room and some Gathering space as well as Some outdoor courts and um I I think That you'll be pleased with that amenity Package so let's go take a Look and first of all we're going to go Check out the Picasso it is my pleasure to invite you To tour this beautiful Picasso model by Cardell in Artistry I initially came out here to Video this model because one of my Customers is building it And I just decided to do both models but

This one's the Picasso and you'll notice Right Away we are not looking at the Typical color palette that we have been Seeing Oh I don't know for the Past 5 to 10 Years we're going more to the earth Tones In this first secondary bedroom we have A a walk-in Closet and a beautiful Bathroom and a Lovely large window to let in the Sun Back out to the Fourer again to the right we see the Den SL office Space that can be closed off if you Prefer and right across the hall is the Second second Dairy Bedroom we Pass a great laundry room this one is Packed with all the amenities that you Could put into a laundry Room lots of Storage Sink a folding table or maybe that's an Ironing Board and then into the second secondary Bedroom with that west facing window Again the second secondary Bathroom with Florida ceiling Tile beautiful quz Countertop and lovely cream colored

Cabinets Some great design features in this Model Proceeding through the Foyer great design detail on opposite Walls and check out this common Area massive a massive kitchen dining Room seating Area that flows out into the lenai Area this is just Beautiful treay ceiling With so much Detail and that warmth of that wood Finish is carried through to the Floor which which is an engineered Wood we have A very large island that has Storage On the sitting Side as well As storage under the Sink and then at the End you're going to see blue tape in Different places the Cardell design team Is Meticulous and even though this model is Open for viewing there're still putting Some finishing touches on the Cabinets and and different Places this is a gas Community lots of dra Lots of storage we've got A a corner Pantry a great little beverage station

Here between the ovens and the Refrigerator and cabinets almost to the Ceiling Cardell is known For their use of Great Windows to let in Lots of light not only do you have your Operational Windows here but you've got Some clester windows up top and it just Doesn't stop the light just comes Pouring In off of the kitchen you have a bonus Room this one's set up for viewing Movies TV in General and the half bath that is to the Left here can be changed into a full Bath I'm loving these design Options and right across from there is Your Door to the patio and Laai you might have seen the video that I did with um my Customers that showed them measuring Where this pool was going to land on Their Leni Space and where they were going to put Their summer kitchen and so forth this Is just gorgeous this pool has of course It has the fence up because showing that It Is met the safety Requirements a beautiful Spa is included with this pool their Pools are done by coast to Coast and they do a great job you have An exit from the

Master and you have four massive Sliders that Looks to me like they Stack as we move across the common area We enter the owner Suite and again with a very different Palette Than what we normally see with the gray And white and Gray not that I don't like that I still Love that but this is a Refreshing Change two Tall windows up there well elevated Windows so that there's privacy in the Bedroom and as we turn towards the B you Have a closet to your left And I'm going to guess this one is his And a closet to the Right which looks a little Whiter so maybe that's for Her beautiful Bathroom stunning wall Decor I love this tile and it goes all Through up to the ceiling in the shower And on the Floor a double Vanity with some very cool Tile as a backsplash that reaches up to The Ceiling oh check out the tub That's pretty Nice we are in the rbrand now this model Was just opened recently as well in fact

The designer team From Canada Calgary was just down here And they put their finishing touches And it's still got a few things things To go but it's looking gorgeous we have A den office this one's enclosed with uh Excuse the ladder with glass Doors and flows into the common Area beautiful ceiling detail nice warm Tones For uh this area that blends straight Into the Kitchen you have a nice size island with Three large chairs here if they were Sized down you could fit Four a lot Of cabinet Storage Gourmet oven set Up lots of drawers And this unbelievable gas Range large undermount stainless sink And that is some faucet There looking across what a what a Beautiful Room I've come back out to the forer and I'm turning left and into the hallway That takes you past the laundry Room the garage doors there that's an Office right Now you have your corner Pantry nicely Done with some wood Shelves and your guest Bathroom again in those warmer Tones beiges cream

And the first secondary Bedroom through the kitchen into the Dining area you can see This enormous round table here plenty of Room they're going to hang this Chandelier Over the dining room Table and we were discussing earlier With that chandelier in the common area There really isn't any need for a Chandelier in the kitchen of course you Can have pendant lighting hanging from Between the beams if you like but There's adequate lighting Everywhere and moving to the left again We're into a bonus room Room just Gorgeous here's the guest Bath number Two and the guest bedroom number Two nice tall west facing Window reachin Closet and back out to the common Area and across the way we have the Owner Suite this Laai is actually From one of two ways there's a double Slider around the Corner and we See a three slider set up for access From the main Area now let's go into the owner's Suite There's an entrance from the owner Suite
