Fantastic location for this but like to The highway you're three four minutes to The highway so if you want to go up to Tampa Um super easy super easy if you want to Get down to Sarasota you're it's I mean You're really close to both you're it's A great location yeah and I would say Safely say that you could probably buy I Mean easily bike to the mall for me Because it's that close yeah it's really Close um it's a pleasant drive back here There's other residential communities on Walking paths and things like that Everything seems new back here yeah like Even the condos we passed driving over Here you know between here and the mall Like they're brand new community so You're going to get a lot of that I mean I guess if you went back 10 years ago This is probably all cow field stuff Yeah Orange Grove or orange groves so Yeah I mean it's really cool yeah all Right so Master bed you have a King-sized bed a ton of room Um if you come into the master bath you Have uh it's pretty well set up you have A huge deep tub Walk-in shower as well Walk-in closet two for maybe her stuff Um and then this goes out to the pool There's also which we'll show you we'll Show you the pool area they have a Hurricane impact slider right and also
So you won't have to cover this uh with Shutters if there is a named storm sure They do have hurricane shutters on Premises though that do convey so that Will come in handy half the year Essentially hopefully hopefully you Don't need it but not right Um and then you've got this nice pavered Upgraded outdoor area with You know there's some rooms for Undercover and having them called cream And everything is right but I mean the Privacy Landscaping in the back is just Really fantastic and it's very very Quiet and it's really critical it's Great that way that's a great little Area it's so clean this property is Really clean I don't know if they're Pressure sprayed it or painted but it's Absolutely pristine clean right now yeah It could be uh pleasantly surprising When you come and see this mom and I Want to show you the little part back Here as well All right we got this little park behind So actually it actually feels like There's more room and more privacy Um they said maybe a couple times a year There's Gatherings and things like that So it's not like the party scene here in Covered Bridge Estates but there's a Picnic table and like a seating area Over there and nice and shaded so if Someone did want to have a gathering
They could that's great right HOAs in Here are like a little over 70 a month Which is crazy to me I pay almost 300 a Month for my condo and a tiny little Condo in Sarasota 70 a month and they Have an Olympic heated pool they have a Community center they have a gym tennis Tennis playground playground basketball I mean they have like that's a lot of Amenities for 70 a month and I would Safely say you could walk it'd be a Little be a little walk but you could Buy A good bike oh yeah Yeah it's great and it's great for I Mean this pool is nice and intimate so It's not huge so it's great for like Your little family but if you did want To have like a family reunion right or a Ton of people you want to have come over You can meet them over at the community Center cook out there hang out at the Pool and and have that larger pool Without having a huge pool at your house You have to take care of really cool yep So I hope you enjoyed that tour wait for This new great property and the MLS Coming to an MLs near you Um so we've also had some really great Other video content that we've done Including our upcoming pre-germany trip Yep so yeah that's coming up in the next Week we leave on a week from today Actually for that trip yep stay tuned
