We will see their clubhouse, heated pool, a playground, a multi-purpose sport court, pickleball courts, a 24-hour fitness room, a social hall, a special pump track (a paved loop with bumps and turns designed for riding bikes) and a festival lawn and amphitheater where you can enjoy afternoon picnics with the family and night-time movie screenings with friends.
Villa residents will enjoy their own amenity center, offering a pool with swim lanes, a fitness center, pickleball courts, a social hall, and bocce ball.
We will also visit the 3 gorgeous single family model homes.
