Threw a Mirrolure Lil John tonight, bouncing it off the bottom and got on a great snook bite for a bit. Had to battle the winds with the boat but worth it.

Oh he’s bad [Music] I’m not too sure what I was thinking Um I had the boat at the house and I Couldn’t take it back to storage this Morning because it was raining out I Wanted to try the cover up because it Got wet and all the stuff anyway so it’s Just parked in my house Oh I’m gonna have to work I’m like I’m Gonna go fishing I’m supposed to sitting There I looked at the weather said 14 Mile per hour winds which I know is Pretty choppy And it’s gonna be calming down into the Evening a little bit Not a lot but anyway it’s pretty Choppy out here I stood up the ramp Unloading for a minute like Should I do this But but was in a bar Up here I’m gonna go uh Try to find some cover from this wind Though Start at Twin Bridges see how the wind Is there It’s not bad I’ll sit there and get some Bait but otherwise I’m going to just go Into the icw and try to find some Shelter in there to stay out of the Wind See how it goes [Applause] [Music]

A lot of Bird activity over here So I just want to talk about what I’m Using for a man so there’s this island Here right like there’s Over there is the mainland and then There’s this island out here just south Of the main North Siesta bridge and Um we come camping on it sometimes I Don’t think you’re it’s super legal but I don’t think there’s anything wrong With it really nobody nobody cares But we got one night my buddy Dan was Throwing this These uh Little John’s Slipping off here little dogs with this Round ball head jig And we’re getting pretty drunk and stuff But they would drop these and let them Hit the bottom out here there’s a big Hole in between that so there’s like an Island there an island there and there’s A big path there’s deep right here and It gets shallow right there anyway Good channel for fish to be cruising Through for bait um but they’re dropping These out of the back of the boat that Was parked on the beach over there so He’s on the back of the boat and getting Some big reds man that’s a big Stuck what’s Look at that head dude The Bulls are out tonight baby look at That look at that belly it’s a Little mullet oh no it’s a little John

Little John here 31 and a half 32. What a beauty in the middle of the night So That’s why I was playing with this out Here tonight I thought I might get a red But instead of just a bunch of snook Which is that’s cool Foreign Oh Oh no that’s a nice snook not a huge but Wider Yeah yeah All right Oh he’s mad Get out of those mangroves get out of There get out Oh you see him over there trying to get Me off the oysters Heart is bad Oh that’s a nice one a nice look Nice it’s Little John It’s Little John And a 40 but he’s 30. That’s one thing man is like if you’re Gonna have a boat and put some money Into a boat You gotta take care of it Um because all it takes is a little bit Of negligence for things to start going South Like that’s it just a little bit you Know next thing you know the leaf Springs are rusted out we’re um You’re like I’m gonna put off changing The oil For one more month it’ll last another 10 Hours Next thing you know man your engines Like seals are seals are breaking and Water’s getting in there In there hey I’m just trying them out at This point that was really fun I’m glad I had a nice little artificial session With snook it’s been a minute I didn’t Have to get all nasty and with live bait Sunset caught the fish And an exciting night home A little dumb I used to do that in my Tiny boat that kind of crazy Huge chop at night it’s like oh if I Can’t see it then it can’t be that bad Not bad Anyway that was fun it was really fun I Needed that bad
