Guess what's coming hurricane okay so we Wanted to say hi we are uh I think we're Expected to be fine here in Sarasota Southwest coast of Florida by the way It's been 70 years since we've had a Direct Hit And when I say our area I Mean from Tampa I think all the way down To Port Charlotte I don't know would you Say that's what 125 miles or longer yeah I mean I know Port Charlotte had one Though in oh five or six or something Charlie Charlie I think yeah but I mean We really haven't had much here in Sarasota and I always laugh you know our Friends and family around the country Are always hitting you know they're so Worried they're so worried the news just Blows it out of proportion I'm going to Work today I know he's in the office and Then there's an a mandatory evacuation In the office but we're you know we're Taking all the precautions I would Always recommend that you watch our um Hurricane preparedness videos that we do Every single year check out the one from 2023. Um I've got a list of things uh you know From A to Z from batteries and phone Chargers and things like that but we're Expected to be I think okay Um wins might be 50 to 70 which sounds a Lot but it's not that bad but it's gonna Rain you know it's crazy you know what's Crazy though there is a uh what's the

Moon called the a super moon there's a Super it'll be a really high tide yeah Yeah and we have a client that has a House on Siesta that as of yesterday Which is Tuesday the 28th 28th of August sure sure he said that The the water is already over their dock Yeah so that was the date so with the High tide and the storm surge even if It's a small one it could be a really High tide and have some water damage but We'll see we'll see I just want to step In and do it live because I haven't done That in forever and just you know Hopefully everybody's safe and if you Need us to check on your properties post Hurricane feel free to reach out Absolutely yeah yep Foreign
