Hello and welcome to living in Sarasota Luxury my name is Mariah Talia phoh and I'm Valerie green and we are with the MKT team at Premier St be International Realy specializing in all things Sarasota real estate today we are Exploring the horse just announced it For me Teran NOA the equestrian center And the residences here so thank you for Tuning in and be sure to watch the whole Video cuz we've got tons of great Information about this awesome string [Music] [Applause] [Music] Community so we're here at the stable Deter Nova and I'm here with Hannah Who's the co-founder of of teranova so Hannah thank you so much for having us Out here today thank you for coming yeah My pleasure um so tell me about this Beautiful Barn that we are standing in Right now yes so the stables at tanova Like you mentioned is where we are right Now and uh we do offer private boarding In this barn and we do give a priority To our state's buyers if they want to be In this Barn um so we do Eventing Dr and Hunter jumpers here and it's really nice To be close to the show facility and you Can just hack right over and show so Tell me about the specs when it comes to The stable so you can't see it but the Flooring is all padded like very good

For Hooves the hores Hooves yes and um Just the design and the finishes in this Stable are you know as impeccable I mean There's chandeliers recess lighting Throughout each stall has its own set of Fans um how about the Stalls the bedding On the inside yeah we also have a stall Mattress system in the Stalls so what we Wanted to do for this Barn as well as Make it nice for everyone here and the Horses it's also sort of a showpiece for The Estates and gives potential buyers An idea of what they could build in Their barn on their property that's very True yeah so would you describe this as Like a Northeastern Architecture yeah we kind of model Modeled it more after a northern style Kentucky type of style and bringing that Natural element down to Florida um Something a little bit different than What you typically see here um so yeah We're more of a natural um feel type of Place I love it yeah the wood accents With the nice uh brushed um iron hair is Very very tasteful um so how about so The all of the fences around the Property what is special about the Fences so our fencing is equisafe Fencing and what's unique about it is It's a recycled plastic product out of Sweden okay um which is really great in Florida conditions because you don't Have to repaint it it doesn't crack in

The sun it doesn't fade in the sun and It also has hot wire braided into each Rail oh wow so you can Electrify that or Not um so you don't have to have ugly Tape or wires around your fences to keep Your horses and your fence safe that's Awesome yeah very nice touch tell me About the competitions that take place Here um where the Riders come from the Horses like what is the draw to tanota So we have Riders uh coming from all Around the world um you'll see around The ring we've got a lot of different International flags that represent all Of our Riders here very cool so we have The top level of the sport in Eventing D And show jumping uh one thing we like to Do is offer all levels of sport because We want to cater to all different types Of riders and give everyone a worldclass Experience whether you're doing your First show or you're an Olympian oh That's great so you really do cater to All skill levels as well yes that's Really sweet yeah awesome and another Cool feature that I heard about is that Um the homeowners they can actually run A business out of one of the many barns That they can build on their own Property yes so that's one thing that's Unique about our development compared to Other equestrian developments in the Area is we do allow boarding and Training businesses to operate yeah that

Is very unique paranova is actually not Too far from Lakewood Ranch or s aota as Well so that's really convenient yes and Uh you know so you can spend the day out Riding competing over the weekend and Then you can go downtown Lakewood Ranch Downtown Sarasota if you want to go to The beach so that's awesome yes yes I Live out here in myself so I know that Very well that you know we'll spend a Day here and then we'll go to Lake Branch and have dinner or enjoy all the Activities they have there and it's Really not very far at all yeah that's Amazing Yeah [Music] So um we're now in the show facility Area and just like at the barn B&D Builders has also built everything out Here as well and one thing that's really Nice about B Deb Builders is they do a Lot of custom work they're an Amish Company out of Pennsylvania so all the Woodw and the iron work they've done Custom in their shop up there which is Really nice for our Estates buyers Because you have a certain stall design Or a certain Barn design you can easily Customize all of that with them so not Only is your home custom built but your Stables everything as well yes oh that's Amazing yeah how many structures can you Build per home site um I believe it's

Three two to three it depends what it is Um and the size of them okay as well so So main home stable as well as maybe Like staff quarters or Guest House Something like that yes okay fantastic Stick and um so in your opinion cuz I'm Sure you've seen several different Establishments um you know Wellington Just as an example now when it comes to Teranova what makes teranova unique in Your opinion um in my opinion what makes Teranova unique and we've heard this Back from some of our competitors as Well is just the relaxed atmosphere here And how that translates to the horses And the horses are a lot more relaxed And happy um and that's what we really Tried to do when we designed the Facility and to hear that back from People is really exciting um you know Obviously when your horse is happy You're happy and your showing goes Better and just everything in life is Better when your horses are happy so Yeah definitely that's awesome so um Just to give everyone a little sample um What do you have going on this weekend As far as events so this weekend we have Our hunter jumper show um we have a two Star Grand Prix happening so we have a Lot of big names coming which is Exciting yeah like who uh so this Weekend we have Jessica Springstein and Kent Fairington which are two of the

Immediately adjoin the equestrian center And so there'll be um uh Bridal paths Throughout the Estates okay and so People will be able to bring them their Horses down here to uh practice and and Compete the houses um are Hanah is Created uh a different style than your Traditional contemporary Florida home That we get right now it's more from uh You know you like this structure it's Got a higher Peak ceilings it's old World feel to it beautiful fireplaces Stone classic design lovely old uh iron Pieces the major Builder here so far is From uh Pennsylvania and he specializes In equestrian centers and equestrian Homes fantastic and so there's a lot More of this style that you're seeing Here that will be prevalent in this Environment so if someone is to choose To build their home here apart from the Equestrian center and the golf course That one could become a member of what Other amenities could they enjoy share Us more about that lifestyle sure They're going to be building a a lodge Here and joining the lodge is going to Be a community center for uh swimming Pool tennis pickle ball all the sort of Things you might find in a development For communities but I'll say that's not Really the draw here the drawer is more For the equestrian style person is Really more the horses so the reason for

The largest states 5 acres to 20 is Because typically you need about one Acre per horse okay so if you've got Four horses you're really going to need The five acres to let them run and such And have your own padic so it's not it's A slightly different vibe for the Development but it is definitely a Different lifestyle that they're Offering out here only 35 minutes from Sarasota and the beaches with the Quality restaurants 20 minutes from Lakewood Ranch okay excellent I mean the Location is superb the quality of the Construction is amazing the overall Lifestyle is something that you wouldn't Typically see on this side of Florida Right so what other areas are people Comparing this to who might be wanting Equestrian lifestyle in Florida where Else would they be looking that's a very Good question so um you've got three Equestrian centers in Florida of any Note we have Okala is substantial and Reasonably new and Wellington is near Palm Beach uh Okala being in the center Of the state offers a lot of land Opportunity and some great uh competing Theyve got 11 Arenas uh in in interior Arenas and then Wellington has been Longer established it's been going for About 14 years okay and is close to Palm Beach and so the sophistication of of Palm Beach and close to the beach there

So Sarah soda offers them people close To the beaches the restaurants the Opera The theater the ballet that we have here As well as this which is different from Those other two centers in that what We're told by the owners that come here That their horses that come here compete Settle down very quickly because the It's very calming here which is that if You go to Wellington or or W up in uh World question Center in um Okala it's a Little bit more concrete a little bit More intense a little B more competitive If you like is the owners are really Trying to create a more relaxed Environment here wow that's a very Unique distinction and something that's Subtle but very important and the other Good thing about that is that you could Be based here this could be your Headquarters you could have your barn Here and such and you could be in Wellington in 2 and 1/ half hours and You can be in Okala in 2 and 1 half Hours so it's equidistance between the Two again with all the all the benefits Of that we have being on the best coast In the country that's fantastic so talk To us about the pricing and what the Process would be for Building home here Sure so um they have three designated Builders uh varying price points from $650 a foot up to $850 a foot okay and Uh offering different styles to choose

From um so one would purchase the lot 5 Acres our pricing for the lot started Around 300,000 for 5 acers which is Quite reasonable yeah this is an early Price one of course uh we don't have the Model homes built yet so once they're Finished that things will will evolve From there and um so you would purchase The lot uh go through that due diligence Of two months then you would select your Builder and then within a year you would Start building your house fantastic that Sounds like a wonderful timeline and a Great price point for many people that Are looking for this type of lifestyle Is there anything else that you'd like To share with the audience before we Wrap Up I think you really have to your folks Have to come out here and feel it defin Especially when there's an event going On because there's nothing like the Countryside with the horses in the Environment and uh it just it is very Calming for humans as well as animals Yeah I I feel very relaxed I will say While I'm here I love it I will say what There is one other thing to share with You Mari um there there's a section uh Between here and the golf course uh it's Called the hacking trails and it they CU They own right up to the Maka River and There's miles of hacking trails along The water which um are absolutely
